Lady died yesterday. And Annie is lost without her.

Childers

Saturday Daddy & I went out to Childers. We stopped at the old school, which is now a church. Then we drove all around the area while he reminisced about his years growing up. I enjoyed it. I hope he did.

The oil well, which works, wasn't there when he went to school. It's sitting where the gym & another building was.

The old front gate sits in front of a little structure that was intended to be a memorial for the Childers WWII veterans that was never completed.

The School Book Fair
