Black Friday Means Christmas Right Around the Corner
Today Dad put together the Christmas tree for me. Now all I've got to do is put a few (hundred) ornaments on it. I'll work a little each night this week. Maybe a week from today it will be fully decorated. I bought the little silver tree, but the blue tree and the white net tree are hand-me-downs. I like them. The last picture is a row of trees with blue lights on the T.U. campus. We just got home from attending the last home game of the season. They beat Memphis State in overtime! GO HURRICANE!!

Thanksgivng 2009
We had a great day at Steve & Barbie's. My "Derby Pie" was a hit with everyone. It's a traditional pecan pie filling with chocolate chips on the bottom! We gave Drew his birthday gifts: a book, a Gap sweater, and a pint-sized Texas Longhorns mug. I think he liked the mug the best -- much to my chagrine! I was glad PaPaw spent the day with us. Afterwards we put up all of Sugar's Christmas trees and decorations. All in all, it was a very nice day.
