Took Scout to the vet yesterday because for nearly a month he's been holding his back left leg up & not putting weight on it. After the vet ruled out (1) a fracture, (2) a torn ACL in his knee, and (3) took two x-rays, she decided he's probably got arthritis. So now, in addition to his various & sundry other meds, he's on an anti-inflammatory and a glucosimine chondroitin (not sure how to spell that) for his joints. After checking his (thick) medical file & noticing all the medicines he's already on, she had to rule out any drug interactions! I told her he's our little medical wonder!Seriously, he'll be 12 in February, so he's nearing 84 years old.
