The County Quilt Show
I went to the county quilt show this afternoon. I took lots of pictures & saw lots of beautiful quilts.
I think Granny would've loved this one.
Retro for Halloween '08
We sixth grade teachers decided to go 'retro' for Halloween -- somewhere between the '60s & '70s. I'm wearing a polyester formal that belonged to Mama; G is in Mama's Hawaiian moo-moo from '76; D is displaying her inner 'Marlo Thomas;' & S is just plain groovy! POLYESTER NEVER DIES! T.U. Football Game
Last night we went to watch Dad (& Tony's) alma mater play the University of Central Florida. TU won easily 49-19 and is 8-0 for the season. It was a great game. However, a cold front was coming through, and I ended up getting a terrible headache and being a 'party pooper.' We sat on the the east side of the stadium.

Tulsa Run 2008
Dad ran & I walked/ran the 5K of the Tulsa Run. Stopping to take these pictures along the way slowed me down though!! I don't know my time, but I wasn't last ! I can't wait to see our names in the paper tomorrow!

Another Glorious Day in Sooner Land!
75 degrees, sunshine, the Sooners defeated Kansas 45-31, and we got to eat lunch & dinner with Brett! A great day all the way around.
